Illustration created for the 2022 edition of the Global Healthcare Illustration Awards, a competition held by Eradigm Consulting in partnership with The Association of Illustrators.
I chose the Food and Nutrition theme for my illustration inspired by an article about zero waste cooking published in Exame, a brazilian magazine. This simple and accessible strategy can fight hunger, a social problem directly linked to health. In zero waste cooking, all parts of the food are used: either in other receipts or even as fertilizer.
